Nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 trois ateliers ludiques et \u00e9ducatifs pour \u00e9veiller les papilles et la curiosit\u00e9 de vos enfants : la pr\u00e9paration de compote de pommes, la confection d&rsquo;une brioche et la fabrication de jus de pomme.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques photos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Atelier Jus de Pomme : De la pomme au verre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\"><strong>Objectif<\/strong> : Sensibiliser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 la transformation des fruits et \u00e0 l\u2019importance des produits de saison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\"><strong>D\u00e9roulement<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rentes <span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quelles vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de pommes sont les plus adapt\u00e9es pour faire du jus ou de la compote avec des enfants ?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_6p_\" data-state=\"closed\">vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de pommes<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisation d&rsquo;un broyeur et d\u2019un <span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quels types de pressoirs sont adapt\u00e9s pour une utilisation en classe avec des enfants ?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_6q_\" data-state=\"closed\">pressoir pour extraire le jus<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9gustation collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\">Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont go\u00fbt\u00e9 le jus de pomme. Mr Chaise, ancien directeur, a pris le temps de venir partager son exp\u00e9rience avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. la mairie a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des Atelier Compote de Pomme : Cuisiner, c\u2019est magique !<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\"><strong>Objectif<\/strong> : Apprendre \u00e0 <span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quelles autres recettes simples et sans gaspillage peut-on proposer aux enfants en classe ?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_6r_\" data-state=\"closed\">cuisiner simplement et sans gaspillage<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\"><strong>D\u00e9roulement<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9pluchage et d\u00e9coupage des pommes (sous supervision). Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves appr\u00e9hendaient l&rsquo;utilisation des couteaux. Ils connaissent les ustensils.<\/li>\n<li>Cuisson et mixage pour obtenir une compote onctueuse.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9gustation le lendemain avec la brioche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ils semblaient ravis de participier. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la boulangerie A l&rsquo;Aurore des pains, nous avons pu confectionner notre brioche. Merci pour le temps pass\u00e9 et les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Cuisson<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9gustation avec la compote le lendemain.
